You can request to reset your TF Bank password from the app by following these instructions and recording a quick selfie video to confirm your identity:
Go to Menu (Top Right) > Settings (Top right) > Login & Security > Forgot Password.
Once we've reviewed your video, we'll notify you in the app and you'll be able to use your new password right away.
If you're trying to log into your account in the app but can't remember your password, after you tap 'log in' you can tap 'I don't know my password' and follow the steps to choose a new password and get logged in.
We'll ask for the last 5 digits of your debit card. This can be any activated card you have across your Starling accounts.
If you don't have an active debit card, you can tap 'I don't have a card' and we'll ask you to submit a new ID photo instead, along with your selfie video.
